The Benefits of Argan Oil
Producers extract argan oil from the kernels of Argania spinosa L. It consists of mono-unsaturated (80%) and saturated (20%) fatty acids, with polyphenols, squalene, sterols, tocopherols, and triterpene alcohols. This oil is also very rich in oleic and linoleic fatty acids, as well as Vitamin E, making it a natural antioxidant. It is also non-comedogenic and has anti-inflammatory properties, which makes it great for overall skin care.
Fall Skincare Tips

Let's Talk About Rosehip Seed Oil
Rose oil has been used in the cosmetic industry for centuries. There are reports about roses in old Chinese and Sanskrit texts. There are rose fossils dating from 40 million years ago to back this up. It is also said that the genus Rosa originates from the Sundarbans in India. This is called “the pharmacy of the world” because more than a quarter of the medicinal drugs known today are based on plants from these forests.
Soak up the...Sun Damage?
Nothing ruins fun in the sun like a nasty sunburn. When we think about burns, we think about heat, but sunburns do not result from the heat of the sun. UV radiation coming into contact with our skin causes sunburns. This radiation can affect and damage not only proteins and membranes within the skin but can damage DNA itself. This damage cannot be reversed. Thankfully, there are natural remedies to help soothe the skin as it begins its healing process.
Why Choose Ozonated Sunflower Oil?
Ozone has potent germicidal properties. Because of this, we use it for disinfection and sanitization in a variety of industries. In recent years, practitioners have also used it in dermatology to help with allergic diseases, wound healing, and ulcer recovery. These benefits make ozone popular in combination with an oil, such as sunflower oil, for topical usage.
Oil Pulling: An Ancient Practice in the Modern World
If you like mouthwash, you’ll love oil pulling. Initially, oil pulling may sound like some kind of complex exercise, another obstacle for the brain. In reality, oil pulling is simply “swishing.” Although the term “oil pulling” may not be one that comes up in casual conversation, oil pulling is not a new practice by any means: in fact, it’s ancient.

Jojoba Oil: Your New Favorite Oil
Jojoba oil was initially extracted from its seeds by the O'odham tribe to treat sores and wounds. The collection and processing of the seeds marked the beginning of jojoba domestication in the early 1970s.
