Are you a frequent user of PurO3?
It's now easy to get the PurO3 products you enjoy most on your schedule, without having to manually place orders. Simply choose how often you want your order placed and your products will be shipped automatically at the chosen time.
What are my options?
Products available for autoship can be shipped every month, every two months, or every three months.
Can I cancel or are there contracts?
You can cancel an autoship any time. You can also skip a shipment, change the dates, or put your account on pause.
I want to change the scent/size on my autoship order.
In the future you will be able to do this in your account. For now, you'll want to end your existing autoship and start a new one with the scent or size you desire.
Will I be notified before a shipment?
Yes! You will receive an email a few days before your next shipment. If you need to skip one, you can log in to your account or contact us. You will also be notified by email if your saved credit card is soon to expire or if there are any issues with your orders. We recommend adding firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com in your email whitelist to ensure you get them.
Do I save with autoship?
You do! The more orders you make, the more you save, so you'll save the most with monthly orders. Every two months and every three months have smaller savings but you'll still save. Savings are typically 10% for monthly, and 5% for every two or three months. Some products may have different rates.
What payment options do I have?
Right now, standard credit card payments are supported. PayPal and Visa Checkout may be supported in the future but are not at this time.
If you have a store credit, there is currently no automatic way to apply it to an upcoming shipment. However, you can always contact us when your next order is placed and we can refund you the store credit amount on that order. Please do this the same day while we can still edit certain parts of the payment.
Can I make changes online?
You can! Skip a shipment, cancel an order, change your address, update your credit card, and more. Simply log in and go to your My Account page to see your options.
NOTE: Adding an address to your account won't change your shipping address on a subscription. You need to edit it in the subscription. See below.
Special notes about autoship frequency changes
If you change your autoship frequency from once a month to every two or three months, the system may not count it for your next shipment if it is coming soon, and instead start the change after that shipment. You'll want to check your account after changing your frequency and skip the next shipment if you don't want it.
What about coupons?
If a coupon is available and is applicable to autoships, you can use it on your first order. Because coupons work for limited times, subsequent autoship orders will be at your regular autoship discount. Now and then we may release coupons for one of your products - you can go into the My Account section and enter that code for your next upcoming order!
Can I sign up for autoship offline?
No. Autoship can only be set up by the customer through shop.puro3.com.
How do I do it?
Visit any applicable product page. When you're ready to add the product to your cart, select an option under Autoship Frequency.
Check out as usual using your credit card (PayPal is not supported for autoship at this time). If you don't already have an account, you can create one during checkout.
If the Autoship Frequency option is not available, that product is not part of the program.
