Everyone has a preference. Some can’t stand stickiness. Some love creams but aren’t high on salves. Others prefer liquids over solids. So here’s the quick breakdown:

Creams: Jojoba, Coconut

Salves: Avocado, Olive

Always Liquid: Castor, Hemp, Sunflower

Stickiest: Hemp

Fastest to Absorb: Coconut, Jojoba, Avocado

The Strongest Cream: Jojoba

The Strongest Salve: Olive

The Strongest Liquid: Hemp

Oils by Strength:

(via their Potential Ozonide Index; learn more with our article, Measuring the Strength of Ozonated Oils):

Coconut: 14

Castor: 35

Jojoba: 39

Avocado: 90

Olive: 92

Sunflower: 153

Hemp: 192

That’s it. If you’re looking for something with more subtle amounts of ozone, Coconut, Jojoba and Castor are ideal. For mid-range "Everything" oils, Avocado and Olive are almost identical in strength. Sunflower holds more ozone than Olive and Hemp holds the most. Because Hemp is so strong, it might not be ideal for those with sensitive skin.
