The only product not eligible for return is our samples, all suppositories, and full spectrum hemp products. The return policy on the individual product page always applies over any other policy.
If you received a damaged item, you must inform us within 30 days by starting a return.
If you would like to make a return, there are several ways you can do so:
Through your PurO3 account
Simply login to your account and find the order you need to return. Under the order status there will be a link that says Return Items? Click that and you'll be able to enter any needed information and submit it to us directly.
