PurO3 is no longer including ice packs automatically with every order. Ice Packs can be included with each order FREE OF CHARGE by adding the ice pack item to your shopping cart. Retail sales only. Ice packs are not sent with wholesale orders.

NOTE: If you forgot to add an ice pack to your order and are trying to order it separately, please contact us to let us know you need the ice pack. By placing a separate order, the ice pack might not get added to your other order.

Why the change?

Our tests show that ozonated oils keep their efficacy while in the presence of high heat for short periods of time. The vast majority of orders do not exceed this timeframe during shipment and, therefore, an ice pack is not needed. In some instances, due to geographical location, extreme heat may be an issue at times. If this is the case, you can add an ice pack to your order free of charge by clicking the Add to Cart button above.

Note about Autoships

If adding an ice pack to an initial autoship order, we will ship an ice pack with the first order. There is not currently a way for the autoship system to add extra items to future autoships.

PurO3 is dedicated to being a green, environmentally friendly company. By using recyclable boxes and reusing packing materials, we aim to reduce as much waste as possible. By not including ice packs in every order, we will help decrease plastic waste, one of the leading materials for waste products.

We understand that some may still like an ice pack included with their retail order. To do this, just add the ice pack to your cart before you check out and it will be included in the shipment at no extra cost.
