I CAN'T LOGIN TO MY ACOUNT: WHAT DO I DO?
If you registered an account either separately or while placing an order and you can’t login, you can first try our Forgotten Password tool.
Note: If you lose your email address and need to assign your account to a new email, we will need to go through some steps to verify your identity. If you are requesting a password reset or account changes, we will need to receive those requests from your account email address. We will respond and ask you to reply back to us to verify the request. We do this to protect you.

I'M HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE WEBSITE
We have tested our cart on a wide variety of platforms and browsers but different computers can have software that may create a problem. If a problem should arise, feel free to call us at 888-742-3404 or email puro3[at]puro3.com. Please let us know where the error occurred, if you received any particular error messages, and what browser and operating system you are using. You can also order over the phone if you like. We will look into the problem and if it can be replicated we will fix it.
Order Process and Payments
CAN I ORDER OFFLINE?
Yes, you can. You can call us at 1-888-742-3404 to place an order over the phone, or mail your order with payment to PO Box 385, Fayetteville, AR 72702. You can also email us to start an order and provide your phone number but please, never include credit card details over email. Just include the items you want, your name and address and your phone number and we will call you for payment or, if you prefer, send you a PayPal invoice.
HOW DO I USE A COUPON OR GIFT VOUCHER?
When you checkout, you will see options to input a promotional coupon code or a gift voucher. Simply type or paste your code into the right box and click the button to submit. If the code is valid, it will be applied. Coupons do not apply to items already discounted or on sale.
IS MY INFORMATION SECURE
Absolutely. We use high grade website encryption from Trustwave and Geotrust, the leading security providers. This ensures that your information is secure while it passes through the system. We do not store credit card numbers in our database. For phone orders, we use your credit card number to charge you order and then shred the information.
WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
On this website we accept most credit cards, including American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard, as well as PayPal, and Visa Checkout. If placing an order over the phone or by mail additional options like checks and money orders are available. In those cases, items will ship once the payment has cleared.
ARE ANY FILLERS OR STABILIZERS USED IN ANY OF THE PURO3 PRODUCTS?
PurO3 will never use any stabilizers or fillers of any kind. All of the ingredients used are certified organic. If an ingredient is wildcrafted, it is clearly listed.
ARE THE INGREDIENTS USED ORGANIC?
All of the ingredients used by PurO3 are certified organic unless clearly specified.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GLUTEN FREE?
PurO3 products are made from gluten free oils and scents.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
PurO3 products contain no animal byproducts of any kind. All of the ingredients used are 100% plant based and certified organic.
DO YOU DO ANY TESTING ON ANIMALS?
PurO3 does not test any products on any animals.
HOW ARE PURO3 OILS MADE?
PurO3 oils are made when ozone is bubbled through raw organic oil. The ozone is captured and preserved and the oil becomes a gel or cream, making it easy to apply to the skin. It has no known side effects and is often used for a variety of skin conditions.
HOW ARE PURO3 OILS PACKAGED AND STORED?
PurO3 oils are only packaged in glass and are stored frozen to ensure the highest quality product.
WHAT IS ACTIVATED OXYGEN (OZONE)?
Ozone is created naturally when oxygen comes in contact with ultraviolet rays emitted from the sun. Ozone is so safe it is being used all over the world in operating rooms, the organic food industry, municipal water systems, swimming pools and the list goes on and on. The beauty of ozone is that it leaves sparkling fresh water and a pathogen-free environment with only pure oxygen as a byproduct.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF PURO3 OILS?
PurO3 oils can last five to ten years when kept refrigerated. At room temperature, we recommend using them within six months to a year depending on the temperature of your house. Full Spectrum Hemp products have a two year shelf life. Ozonated oil suppositories should be stored frozen and have the same shelf life as regular ozonated oils.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A PRODUCT?
When a product is in stock it typically takes 3-5 business days for receipt in the contiguous United States unless faster shipping is requested. Times to other countries can vary depending on a lot of factors.
WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR FREE SHIPPING?
We provide free shipping on orders over $49 that ship to the continental United States. Free shipping does not apply to other countries but we offer competitive worldwide rates.
The Affiliate Program
ARE THERE PRE-MADE BANNERS I CAN USE?
Yes! When you log in to your affiliate account, you will find a section with banners.
CAN I EARN AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS ON MY OWN ORDERS?
No. Commissions made by the affiliate or someone else in your household using your own links will not be approved. This is to eliminate affiliates who only sign up to get money back on their own orders. Our Rewards Points program will allow you to earn points toward free products!
CAN I PROMOTE PURO3 ON MY SOCIAL NETWORK PROFILE?
Yes, you can. There are a lot of platforms though and some might change the links you post so we can’t guarantee tracking will work on all of them. But for the most part, it should. As of April, 2018, we know they work fine on Facebook and Twitter.
AN I SEND MASS EMAILS ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS?
If you have an email newsletter you can use it to promote our products. However, we do not approve of spam and emails being sent to people who have not elected to receive them. Just follow the best practices for newsletters and you will be fine. If we start to receive complaints about an affiliate’s mass emailing, we will have to block that affiliate.
ARE ANY WEBSITES PROHIBITED?
PurO3 reserves the right to deny any affiliate application at any time. If an affiliate is found to be using practices not in accordance with our policies, the affiliate will be unapproved. Coupon, offensive sites, and gambling sites will be automatically rejected.
CAN I USE PURO3'S IMAGES?
Yes, but please download the image and put it on your own server. You can do this by right clicking on the image and choosing to save it to your computer. Then you can use FTP to upload it to your server or, if your website software allows it, upload it directly to your website.
CAN I USE PURO3'S TEXT ON MY WEBSITE?
Yes, but you will need to rewrite it somewhat. This is as much for the good of your own traffic as ours, as Google sometimes scans for what it sees to be plagiarism and will penalize sites that have copied text. One useful note: we find that personal stories have a greater impact on people looking to buy. So if you’ve used a product and like it, your experience may be more influential than anything else.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE AFFILATE PROGRAM?
All you need to do is visit our Affiliate Information page and elect to sign up. Once the required information is provided, you’ll be ready to start posting links! You will also be able to take advantage off offline marketing using your affiliate member ID.
WHAT DO I EARN AND HOW DO I GET PAID?
You will earn 20% of sales made when people click on your affiliate tracking links. Your commission will show in your account after the order has been processed and delivered. Payouts are made quarterly after a $25 threshold has been reached. Commissions earned on any orders that get returned or are canceled will be deducted from the amount paid. You can choose to be paid by PayPal, which is free, or by check, which has a $3 processing fee ($5 if outside the USA).

Unfortunately, we simply don’t have the staff to give that kind of detailed advice to all affiliates. We provide tracking codes and images that can be placed into emails or any website you run.
